Selection of candidates
Choosing those candidates who meet the criteria of the ideal candidate’s profile.
Invitation to recruitment meeting
Contacting selected candidates through a phone-call in order to schedule a meeting (online or at the office.) Establishing such a time which will be comfortable for both parties. Sending an e-mail confirming the date, time and location of the meeting (in case of an on-line meeting sending a Teams link.)
Meeting with the recruiter and future boss
The objective of job interview is to provide the candidate with all crucial information concerning our company and prospective position, including detailed job description containing obligations and tasks that he will have to perform. Additionally, at this stage we evaluate candidate’s experience and both soft and hard skills that he has.
Second meeting – depending on a position
If a given position requires a defined set of hard skills, we can also ask a candidate to perform a short practical task, related, for example, with handling the Excel software in order to evaluate his skills necessary for a given position.
Confirmation of references
After conducting interviews and selecting the three final candidates, we ask them to provide us with the lists of reference contacts who are ready to confirm the competences presented by the candidate.
Offer meeting
Second or third meeting is the moment when we present a defined cooperation offer. We present the details of our financial offer, we discuss and present possible benefits.
Phone call
Initial presention of the scope of obligations for a given position as well as scheduling a meeting at the future workplace.
Meeting
Facility Manager provides the candidate with all crucial information concerning our company as well as prospective position, including detailed job description containing obligations and tasks that he will have to perform.
Offer meeting
We present a defined cooperation offer. We present the details of our financial offer, we discuss and present possible benefits.
