At Rekeep Polska , our activity can be divided into two main areas: operations and administration.

Operational departments are a leading characters for us – their employees provide key services such as facility management, sterilisation, catering and collective nutrition, medical transportation or sanitary services.

It’s the invaluable base of our organisation – it ensures fluid activity of our company and supports our employees each step of the way. This makes it possible for operational departments to fully focus on what they are doing best. Administration works, among others, with personel management, handling offices, IT, finances, accounting as well as legal support. In addition, we look after the development of our people – we organise training programmes tailored to the needs of our managers and we cooperate with schools and universities by offering Internships and apprenticeships.

We work in a distributed model which means that we have offices in a few cities in Poland: Warsaw, Łódź, Cracow, Gliwice and Lublin. Thanks to such a solution we are flexible and can swiftly manage diversified projects all around Poland.

We put operative efficiency in the centre by using modern technologies and by optimising administrative processes. This makes it possible for us to manage resources and infrastructure better which allows us to fully focus on the key operative activity.
